I just want to give credit where credit is due. I was recently in Holland, MI visiting family and was pleasantly surprised to find out that FSUSA had opened a store there. Since I live in Chicago and we don't have one of their stores here yet I was excited and immediately headed out to see what I was missing by having to be an internet only customer.
I was greeted by Vicki who seemed pleased to meet me and that set the mood for a great experience. She was knowledgeable about the juices and products that they carry and was very efficient in getting me set up with the supplies I needed to maximize my vaping experience. One thing that I found refreshing was there were a couple times when she would ask other employees questions to verify that she was giving me the correct information and advice. One thing I can't stand is sales people who are either to lazy to ask other employees questions if they don't know an answer or if they are just so insecure that they pretend to know everything and then end up steering customers in the wrong direction. Vicki's overall knowledge was very good and it was only a couple times that she asked other employees questions about inquiries I was making, but by doing that she rose to rock star status in my opinion.
Thanks to the way Vicki handled my shopping experience I ended up going back 2 more times in the 6 days I was in Holland, MI for a total of 3 visits. Oh and by visit if she's not the owner the owner will be happy to hear I spent a fair chunk of change in the store over the course of the 3 visits. The prices I felt were fair, it was just that I kept buying and buying is why I spent so much more than I'd planned on. Thanks for the very positive shopping experience and I will be back to visit/shop some more whenever I return to Holland.
Now, I know FSUSA is opening a lot of retail stores so my question is when can I expect one in the beautiful city of Chicago (not the suburbs, but the city proper) where I live? PLEASE consider opening at least one retail store in Chicago so I can enjoy the same type of shopping experience here in Chicago that I had in Holland, MI.
