I had a great visit at madvapes retail store near Charlotte, NC earlier today.
Dave offered some wonderful customer service. He made some great recommendations, worked with me regarding equipment, and spent some time explaining some information regarding batteries that I hadn't previously known.
They'll be getting in a shipment of passthroughs tomorrow, and I plan on heading back up there tomorrow to get one.
Great work Dave. When someone does well it deserves a shoutout. It's about a 25 minute drive to get to the store, but the personalized service makes it more than worthwhile.
