First I would like to start before my package had ben shipped I caught a mistake I made, so I left them emails supporting my problem and asked to switch my 1.5 ohm dcc for the 3 ohms. Well they replied with basically telling me "that is what I wanted pointed at 1.5 ohms".. I emailed back saying I can't use it on the lavatube , then right after that I receive the email saying its shipped.and another email saying well we have little knowledge on the lt.....


Adding to the problem is a 60ml bottle of apricot with extra flavor.. When I received it, it had lots of smell no flavor, many people said to let it steep, so I did. Well, now it has no smell and absolutely no flavor..

I really font like to bring people down but you guys have bad customer service, and from this juice poor quality product. Maybe its because I said I'm a new guy and don't know what it should taste like? I feel like I got ripped off!!! I was going to send everything back but it says no refund or exchanges... Sad!

Could a mod delete this post ? They contacted me and wanted the juice for inspection and offered a refund, but I don't keep the invoices from anything. The problem was that I posted here instead of contacting them first . they have showed me that they do care of customers, that being said I'm sorry to have posted this here...
