While I am new to posting on ECF, I have been spending time to go back through years of posts and comments here to pinpoint issues.
I realize that we as a company have had quite a few issues in the past and a few of them have gone almost unanswered. I feel that now is the time that we should be updating everyone as to what has been going on.
To start off with; Our new website has had a lot of issues and caused our customers, as well as ourselves, quite the headache when dealing with it. We have been working on resolving the larger issues and have currently been focusing on all of the smaller problems that arise. Please know that we are and have been working to resolve these issues to provide an easy to use, fully functional website. We apologize for any issues that have caused you any troubles after the switch had been made.
I have noticed quite a few issues that came up regarding Shipping. We have selected our top individuals who are now doing an amazing job in ensuring that your order is shipped as soon as possible! Our team at the Internet Division works extremely hard to make sure that you receive your vape mail without errors in a timely manner.
We have recently moved into the Mod game and are currently carrying equipment for the advanced users while still carrying our recommended starter items. We have also recently opened up two additional B&Ms here in Tucson, our Grant Road location as well as our Catalina location.
We have also worked on our training regimen for our employees to guarantee excellent customer service from our Lounges, E-mail support and Over the phone support.
I will be very active in this forum and guarantee fast and knowledgeable responses to any questions or concerns.
