I just wanted to thank David and his entire family for all their help. I just placed my first order with them 8/16 and it came in this morning. Shipping to Hawaii is usually a nightmare and nothing like the mainland, I assumed a 1-2 week wait at minimum due to our terrible postal service. It got here in 5 days which is unheard of, particularly because they processed it same day during a huge sale. I will review the products I received in the appropriate forum.
The service was top notch in every aspect. Communication was fast and very easy even for a newbie. They made recommendations when I told him what I was looking for, and modified my order to reflect them. They put up with me being a tiny bit high maintenance due to it being my first order. I really can't say enough. They have a customer for life, and hopefully a much easier one to deal with than this time
J808,
I think I just put in my 4th order to FSUSA last night. Same great level of service. And I'm a "high maintenance customer" with weird taste in juices. So when I order I have to put notes in for how I want it mixed. When they get the order- they have to be saying "Oh no it's that crazy cozzicon again". AND they have to answer these e-mails I have with questions about this or that. Or they get a longish e-mail from me telling them how wonderful I think they are.
I.... am a pain. And while I never endorse a juice- I'm quite a fanboi in regards to this family operation.
With every order, the service stays the same, I get personalized responses, they answer my questions, they send a personal message when the order is being shipped, and when the juice arrives- the taste is always consistent.
And when they screwed up (they did once)... they made it right in a very wonderful way.
Actually, I feel a little sorry for David and Pamela right now. Their business is exploding and they have to be running like hell. It's the curse of success.
Kinda leaves me feeling guilty. After all, I didn't *need* more juice when I ordered last night. I still have 120ml of my favorite. I just *wanted* more. I want a vat- a lake of this stuff... right there at my fingertips. As my juice collection approaches 2000ml- it must have large quantities of my favorites.
I keep having this dream, I'm on a boat floating on a river of Max/Boro Ultimate half flavor at 18mg- with a self juicing mod. Surrounded by nubile women entranced with the vapor emanating from my 510. David and Pamela fly past every now and then on gossamer wings bringing me samples of their other juices. I have a 510 atty that never dies.... my friends join me. The world is perfect.... "Oh look- who wants the sample of Earp?".
Then I wake up. The mail man is still funny looking and smells strange. He doesn't come until 3pm. He usually brings bills (.......!!). But once every couple of weeks. He brings
the juice....
And for a moment I'm on that boat. Nubile women. My friends. Free samples. And a self juicing mod.
Then, inexplicably, my elderly neighbor stops me and wants to talk politics for 40 minutes, I realize I have lunch in the oven and it's burning, my cell phone battery dies while I'm waiting for a business call, my atomizer floods (because I failed to clean it for two days), and I realize I have to clean the cat box.
But we all live for moments right?
