I actually sent this as a personal email to them, but decided they deserved recognition here. I have seldom done business these days with a company so tuned to their customers. Honestly, I am amazed that this sort of customer service still existes (as well as encouraged and somewhat humbled). Anyhow here is the email I sent...(yeah, too shy to do much more than this, but from a shy person...well...this is high praise indeed...all like in public and all lol):

Thanks David, Pam, and ALL at Freedom Smoke USA. I just wanted to say that
unless you go completely out of business I feel certain that I will be a
life time customer. Freedom Smoke is my absolute first go-to for all of my
e-juice needs! The quick service, quality product (I can pick my pg/vg, nic
level AND extra flavor!!! This is particularly exciting and important to me
as I seem to have a very nasty reaction to high ratios of propylene glycol
and require a high vg to pg ratio to even be able to continue to vape) and
personal touches are so far above and beyond my expectations as a consumer
these days that I am astounded, floored...honestly don't know how to thank
you ALL!!!...a lot of companies could learn from you folks (my goodness, the
personal thanks on every invoice absolutly make my day and I have kept EVERY
ONE)!
