Hello and welcome back for the start of a series of pod devices from Freemax. The name of the pod family is REXA and I'll be starting off with the Rexa Nano which is the simplest to use from the Rexa family of devices, so simple the all you need to do is ( Charge, Fill, Adjust Airflow And Vape ). Wattage is controlled automatically with the smart wattage chipset reading the resistance being used and adjusting the wattage accordingly. There are no buttons but there is a airflow adjustment control by way of a 3 hole slider, this device is also auto draw only. Powering the device is a 1000mAh internal battery with a battery strength meter by way of a 3 color LED indicator light .

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


Packaging is simple just like the device is, the device rest in a plastic tray with all the paper information laying underneath and tucked into the plastic tray.

I really like the color shade of Blue that was sent to me. Picking the device up I realized that it's very close to being a featherweight, perfect for a shirt pocket.

As I mentioned earlier this is a sleek device having no buttons, wattage adjustments are done automatically. The airflow control sits pretty recessed on the bottom portion of one side with very good resistance so you don't have to worry about your airflow selection being changed when carrying in a pocket or handbag.

The charge port is on the bottom of the device. With no display screen Freemax uses a 3 color battery strength LED that's on the front face of the device. For those of you that use lanyards there's a connection for one as well although 1 is not supplied in the kit.

The Pod connects to the device using 2 magnets that hold it in place very well, Freemax ships these kits out with a protective sticker over the pod contacts so don't forget to remove it before vaping.

The fill port has a great feature that I wish was on all pod devices ( Sliding Fill Port Door ). I'm not fond of the rubber plug that's been the usual way of plugging fill ports and the snap off mouthpiece that some manufacturers use work great for a while until the plastic nub wears down and the mouthpiece no longer stays attached meaning you need to buy a new pod, the sliding door solves both issues. The sliding fill port door even closes itself when reinstalling back on the device.

FINAL IMPRESSIONS


Freemax is off to a great start in my book with the Rexa Nano being the first out of the Rexa family of devices. Let me show you the other devices in the Rexa family before I continue the review.

I think the Rexa Nano is a great device for anyone switching from cigarettes to vaping because of many factors including simplicity to use, lightweight, very good flavor, ability to use it in MTL or RDL vaping. It's also a good device for veteran vapers as myself.

The only that I would change on it is I would lighten the tinting just a tad bit. I think the device is a 5 out of 5 for what it's intended for, I like that all I have to do is charge , fill, adjust airflow and vape with everything else done automatically, I don't even have to press a button to vape.

I will tell you that I recommend the Rexa Nano 100%. Look for the other devices in the Rexa family reviews soon to follow this one. I would like to thank Tina and Freemax for providing the Rexa Nano for the purpose of my review, I would also like to thank all of you that read my reviews as well.
