So do Innokin, KangerTech, JoyeTech, etc.

But fasttech still sells authentic products from all of these manufacturers. Most people buying from fasttech read the reviews and discussions on the product before deciding whether to purchase. If the product says "style" it's not an authentic.
Yep. These companies want to avoid having consumers purchasing products at near-wholesale prices... nothing more.

As an add in to your statement above, if Fasttech doesn't list the item specifically as "authentic," it's a clone. If it's listed as authentic, it's the real deal... just be prepared for 2-4 weeks' shipping wait... slow tech... good prices on most stuff, though.

I think they should've got this tank out to reviewers before releasing it to the public. Some people are having issues with it and it's totally avoidable with proper instruction, but the pamphlet is not what I would call proper. After all the time Freemax was telling people about this tank and marketing for it, they could've spent some time on the hows and whys and dos and don't (more effectively than they did). No one on their own should have to figure out a tank like this.

Can you post that email message here?

@cjpeltz

Not supposed to, but the gist was that after filling the tank the on/off witch must be turned by the bottom of the tip to the left (off position) to avoid leaking (which I've read can be excessive). I imagine/assume they've been getting a whole lot of complaints due to people not understanding this or not being able to comprehend the instructions.

I can't decide. I'm on the fence. Just got the Uwell Crown and it's REALLY nice, but I'm limited to 70 watts right now, and it can go higher.

First I need to decide on a dual battery box (maybe temp control, i.e. Snowwolf) before ordering any more tanks.
I'd definitely reccomend you check out the Snow Wolf, and the Sigelei 150 TC, both very great box mods.

Vape royalty had bad after sales service

Fast tech sells copycat ,fast tech is in the copycat list of aspire,smok,freemax . Be careful.

Seems like every where I have read (here and on Reddit) Vape Royalty has been the most upfront, honest and willing to help people with bad Starre Pro's from the 1st batch including me on 2 of them. Communication was really good.

Everyone who shops Fasttech knows there is risk involved, nothing new there. Real and copies are sold and are usually clearly marked and distinguishable by title and price, but thanks for the "heads up".

Here is a well established thread on Starre Pro
