Friend Quitting Hookah- best setup?

I have a friend who wants to stop using his beast of a hookah setup and get into vaping instead. Anyone here knowledgeable about hookahs? I've done it a few times, but I can't even remember if it's a cool or warm experience.

I'm thinking about getting him a Cleito since it's simple and he definitely wants big clouds and airflow. But now I'm wondering if that would be too warm for him. Maybe there's a better tank that would give him a similar experience.

Side quest- he only uses this Lemon Mint flavor, and for the life of me I can't find a reputable ejuice version of that.

Maybe a Super Tank mini or even an Atlantis V2, TFV4/TFV8/TFV4 Mini, maybe an Griffin if he can get into rebuilding, as far as tanks, there are others out there but those would suit him better than a Cleito if he prefers a cooler temp. Liquids I'd probably suggest a 0mg, all the hookah customers I have helped generally can't handle even a 3mg liquid, the water in a hookah smooths the throat hit out considerably, even he has nic fits then look at a 1.5 or 3mg. As far a lemon mint flavor, he might have to learn DIY for I know of no liquids with lemon and mint or menthol for the life of me, it is an odd off the wall flavor.

If he has a good hookah setup, there is always the Aspire Proteus. It basically replaces the bowl on the top of the hookah, and he will still be able to get a similar effect with the water and all.

Never done hookah, not even sure we have it in NY although I see it all over Florida.

But the TFV8 has several coil options. I love the T8 but the G4 claims to be "hookah like". I don't care for the Q4 myself but it may be what he seeks.
