My sigelei. Finally got firing buttin apart. Now just have to read up on how to fix.

Kts+ is ok but after a while as the battery loses power it vapes weaker and weaker.
Do I need to ger a kick?
I'm thinking about getting another mech. But wondering if I should just build higher ohm coils and use on a VV DEVIVE.
Using a AGA-T2 and a RSST and a AGO-L.
Running coils about 1.0

You have a sig 19 right? I run LR boges (2ohm) and get a full day from an 18500 AW. I imagine those super low res coils rip through juice and batteries like crazy

Toronto, Canada,
I got the Sig 19b with the glued button problems. I just about distroyed it getting it apart. I need to find how to fix it or better yet find where I can order a new bottom for it.
If you're getting about a full day from a 18500 I may need to get new batteries.

Celtic Vapes carries the firing pin, no magnet. sigelei spares

Youll double your runtime if you can double your ohms and still get a good vape ;) What were you using before you were turning your own wire? If you can turn even a 1.5ohm youll get a lot more from your batts. I feel like subohms are more novelty and no good for all day vaping, but i could be wrong. I always feel like the key to anything in life is finding some balance

I think that depends on the person vaping. I can't stand 2ohms on a mech mod - too weak. I sometimes use a 1.5ohm Cisco spec 306 on my mech. When I do, I find myself putting in a new battery when the current one reaches 3.8 or so volts . .so I don't get much battery life at all - even from an 18650.

With a 1.0-1.2 ohm coil, I tend to change batteries at around 3.6volts - so at least I get a few hours out of the battery.

When I'm at work, though, I use a VV device and a clearo with a 1.8ohm coil. This will perform well all day. Of course it wont peform at the same level as a 1.0 coil on a mech will - but it's quite acceptable.

So, for me, I have 2 totally different set-ups for different situations. When I'm out or at work and don't want to mess around with my e cig - I use an ego-twist and a mini nova with 1.8ohm head. The juice and battery last me a work day, easy. At home, I use my mech mods with my RBA's and swap batteries a lot.

I have several crappy mech mods and I want a better one. I'll stick with my twists for on-the-go vaping . . but when I'm relaxing at home I want to use something *nice*. Thinking of getting a Super-T Ela or a REO Grand or something like that. A nice mech won't make the battery perform any different, though . . but at least I won't be dealing with wonky fire buttons, cheap feeling threads, etc.

My smoktech telescope used to stand up and not fire under its own weight . .now it does and it's a total hazard if I ever set it down and forget to lock out the fire button. Already had one close call.

Well i have 1.8ohm protanks and the 2 ohm boge in an ibtanked destroys em, so ohms arent the end all be all. You ever try an hh.357? I have a 1.5ohm i get about 6-8 hours of vaping on an ego 650. Have a feeling you vape more than me

Also at 1.8ohms my Evic lasts about 4 hours on an Efest 800 =(. Mechs cut out all the BS, i cant see any reason they wouldnt get the best battery life per mah of any device

Very True,
If You Have little else to do, Build and play.

But there is nothing at all wrong with a good old L/r boge cart.

Glad to see it's not just me with the batteries. At 1.0 ohms after a few hours it hits to weak for me.

Didn't know that. May have to play around with some higher ohm set ups and see if I can find something I like.

The ohm rating of the coil is 3/4 of the equation, but you have to consider coil gauge too. Thicker wire doesn't heat the same for a given ohms (and will be longer due to lower resistance per inch/cm). That can be good or bad depending on what you're doing.

2.0 ohm often works very well at 3.7 (well 3.7 ish because it's unregulated and follow battery voltage). You have to get experience with coils and all the variables, basically. It's a very hands-on and YMMV thing. There's wicking and juice viscosity to consider too.

Toronto, Canada,
Just got the 2 Brass firing pins I had ordered, 1 with the magnet and 1 without the magnet. I thought my problems would be over with it 19b
But as fate would have it the threads on each of them were so bad I couldn't even thread them into the button. Fun and Games :(

Anyway got the torch out and finally got the magnet out of the original pin, gonna leave it for now and see what the best/easiest way to fix that. One thing after another, Sigelei smarten up. :)
