Frustrated, is it just me?

So I ordered some strawberry cream and banana. The banana and the cream taste nearly 100% like each other.

I get no hint of cream or banana. The strawberry smells like a dehydrated stawberry that has been sitting on a tobacco leaf for the drying time.

IMO both the cream and banana taste like a mild tobacco with a 1% actual labeled taste.

As much as I love myPVshop.com I'm afraid I can't order any more juice from you guys. It's just not what it should be.

even the PG free liquids arn't that good imo. I get a slight hint of the flavor it should be and then I'm just overpowered with a strong smell of rose oil...

I love the service and I love the prices. But the juice just isn't doing it for me.

I'll still be around for parts and misc items. But for juice I think i'm done spending money on the juice.

Please don't take this the wrong way, It's just me. My wife loved the juice you guys have and is very satisfied. I could recommend you to anyone I knew that liked mild flavors.

I just need a juice that packs a punch. When you hit it you know without a doubt 100% what you are vaping.

traditional tobacco from the VT shop
Dawn at DIY <------ Win!


I can't vouch for VT shop tobacco because I found better flavors.

Dawn just = pure win and every order has come with a free sample or mixing tools.

So if it's just my lack of juice exploration please let me know because I'm wondering why it can go from one extreme to the other.

Sorry to hear that the Liberty Liquids didn't suit your taste. Our overall feedback on them is about 95% extremely positive. Please just be careful with DYI. A lot of the flavorings out there aren't very atomizer-friendly. It's easy to kill atomizers with DIY so keep an eye out for clogging. If you start losing atomizers quickly try using a little less flavoring and that will help sometimes.

Sorry to hear that you didn't like the juice, but if everyone loved it, Randall would be the only guy in business and the rest of us would suffer from slow service...

Taste is very subjective. I have tried juice from a few different places and I tried several of Randall's different juices. I also got several Lorann's and did my own experiments. Some of the Lorann's mixes were OK for a while, but most got old pretty quick. The only juice that I can say that I really like is Liberty MyBoro liquid. I tried MyKamel, Custom, Virginia, DKTAB, Hilton and 555 in the tobacco mixes and I didn't care for any of them at all. Honestly, 555 was the worst thing that ever hit my tastebuds and made me almost sick to my stomach. Still, many other people love the stuff so what do I know??? One thing I will say is that I never experienced any of the Liberty Liquids that lacked flavor. I may not have liked the flavor, but they all had plenty of it.

One thing that I am curious of, I mostly vape 24 mg MyBoro. I know that the 0 nic will lack the throat hit because of no nicotine, but does it at least have the same flavor as the 24 mg? May be a dumb question and I apologize, but I'm ready to start working my way down and weaning myself off of the nic.

yea, dawns grape clogs my attys. but I've not had one die early as a result. I did get a horrid burnt taste but a dry burn and rinse fixed it.

Like I said I'm not trying to bash your liquid but it's just not for me.

Sorry to hear that you where not happy with their juices. I love them and think they have wonderful flavor. But everyone does have their own tastes. Good luck.

I got my order also and I didn't say anything but now that it's brought up. I couldn't taste any flavor good or bad just tasted like unflavored juice. The vapor was great though and they didn't taste bad so I.m just vaping them anyway. I'm not mad or anything. Just one of those things. You can't please all the people all the time.

The liquids you purchased are the PG-Free liquids.

And I would have to agree, they do not have the same outstanding flavor strength as the Premium Liberty Liquids .

However, if you have a sensitivity to PG (Propylene Glycol ) then the PG-Free line is the way to go.

And while the flavor does lack a little, many actually prefer the sweeter taste and the outstanding vapor production of the PG Free liquids.

If flavor is what you are looking for though, try the Premium Liberty Liquids. It is the most flavorful liquid we've been able to find, and it is the only liquid from a major manufacturer that is still available in 36mg strength.

I have to admit ... I've never tried 0 nic liquids of any kind. So, unfortunately, I cannot answer your question.

My guess would be that any variance in flavor would be minimal. The formula should have the same "flavor" blends. The only difference would be the addition on the nicotine.

i hope im not adding info where its not wanted...i havent tried this particular brand but i find the omg to have more flavor than the niquinated(heehee its my word of the day!) liquids...i have tried 3 brands of omg liquids and their nicotine'd counterparts and find more flavor in them...no TH though of course....its just my experience too...

ps. ive heard the higher the nic content the less flavor...slightly....i havent tried alot of mg strengths of one particular liquid to find THAT out though but it has been mentioned a few times before.

This is what I'm saying.

Personally, I have only really vaped @ 36mg & 24mg. And at these levels, I do not notice a change in flavor. I imagine there probably is a difference in taste at 36mg vs 0mg. But again, no experience.

I'm very happy with the Liberty Liquids so far. I have the MyBoro and MyKamel flavors. Really good vapor, and distinct flavor, also very good. Very good throat hit using a cart with blue foam, but it is better when direct dripping on a 510 atty. Haven't tried it using fluval, but I bet it will be good as well. The liquid is not as thick as other e-liquids I have tried, but it seems to actually flood the atty less. That is an EXCELLENT upside for this noob that maintains a gurgling, constantly flooded atty.

there are so many taste variations, to say the least its complex.

3.7 , 5.0, & 6.0 volt battery
I've notice a difference every time I change a way I vape.
I've had a brand new atty and everything went well the first couple of vapes then all hell broke lose....metal tasting hard to describe..cleaned the atty and ....great taste again
Don't give up ...experiment ...you're bound to find a way it will work for "you" not what anybody else is doing ...good luck and hang in there.
this is what I'm trying now: no cart >they call it dripping 36mg Liberty Vanilla,801 atty ,I'm doing 6v & 3.7 and yes there is a different taste at different voltages<this is working for me. When I want that lung clogging vape{ I call it get'n the nic'n} 6v...cool & mellow 3.7 yeah baby ...thats what I'm talk'n about..Oh by the way I'm push'n the button on a Silver Bullet from Altsmoke.
