FSUSA--Abvoe and beyond as usual

I ordered some flavoring for my DIY project from FSUSA this week. As usual my order was shipped same day and arrived in 2 days. I also received the customary sample and still appreciate the personal touch of thank you notes on the invoice.

As many of you know they have had problems with their credit card processor and were unable to take CC payments. They added an e-check option and shipped the same day even though the transaction has not gone through my bank yet. Their willingness to do this helped a lot of people get their liquid and supplies without having to wait. I know, you could just order from somewhere else while you wait but there is no other vendor that can match them for quality, price, and customer service.

I agree! I had made the mistake of letting my regular vapes run very low, then when I tried to place an order, no C/C processing. Ugh. After about a week, they got electronic check processing up and running, so jumped on that not having the luxury of waiting any longer. Got my order in 2 days. And it was the same quality juice as before. And there were no problems with the payment except that it took about 10 days to clear my bank. They trusted that the check would be good, so they deserve your trust as well. They'll deliver what you want and it'll come fast. So until the C/C option is back up, don't hesitate to pay by e-check.
