I need some input from you guys that are more familiar with FSUSA flavors than I am. Hopefully some of you that are using high voltage/high powered PVs can chime in.

I'm pretty familiar with using 3.7v devices (eGo, e-power) and which FS flavors I enjoy on them. I typically use a SR atty with Maxx Blend and Wyatt Earp - seems to bring out more of the flavor. I recently won an awesome Saber Touch 5v regulated PV. This is the first high powered device I've owned. I quickly learned that what had alot of flavor and subtle tones on a 3.7v, can get way too hot and lose flavor on a 5v.

So I have 2 questions. 1- Are there other FSUSA flavors out there that are better suited and produce stronger flavor at high power? And 2- If you're using flavors like Maxx and Wyatt on a HV, what are you using to still get the flavor to come through? Attys, cartos? And what wattage are you finding is the sweet spot?

I have a vv Provari, but typically stick to 3.8 to 4.2. When I go up to 4.5 (not often), it's only with the fruit flavors. Honestly, I like most of the flavors at 3.8 to 4.2. That's only my opinion though. Hopefully, someone else can offer you advice.

Congrats on winning a Saber Touch!

I agree with vaporgal ... for once.

Thanks for the input you guys. And I agree a VV would be great for the convenience...maybe down the road I'll have to invest in one. For now at least I can have a little control by varying the ohms in the cartos/attys I use. But I'm still hoping to find at least one or two flavors that will be super intense, but still have a strong flavor at 5v. Maybe some of the thicker, higher vg juice won't burn off as fast..??

I think I need to get a multimeter (is that what they're called?) I was organizing my vaping gear last night and found a couple sealed, unmarked cartos I'd forgotten about. All I know is that they are dual coils. So I loaded one with Maxx and tried it on my 5V, and wow what a difference from the other dual coils I was using. These ones don't seem to get quite as hot but are still putting out some fog, so I'm guessing they're rated a little higher ohms than the others I have. The others just seemed to be burning off the flavor, where these are getting hot, but not too hot. I think I just need to get a meter so I can pinpoint what resistance works best for me on this HV device

Yep, you need a meter. I kept thinking during this Thread ... heck, 5v is high but its not all that high! And I think you've found the "aha" moment. 5v on a duel coil isn't bad at all and I think you can use any juice you want to with it. You don't need any special juice.

What you do want to do though is keep the carto wet. Top it off pretty often and you can vape with it for a long time at 5v.

Agreed - I think a trip to Radio Shack is in order. Doubly so after spending part of the day in the Modders forum...boy does that look like fun
