I just received my 2nd...or is it my 3rd... recent order. As usual the order was perfect. No missing items. No weird smells. Just boringly perfect. Mailed quickly. Emailed updates. Yawn.
What makes this otherwise boringly perfect transaction rise up to the level of awesome though?

Well, I'll tell you - It's the invoice. All those "X" marks showing that my order was double checked before mailing, and all those friendly looking autographs by FSUSA's staffers.
That tiny bit of extra care & attention sends this otherwise perfectly dull juice order over the top.
