I would like to state before I write this negative review, that my hubby and I have been very pleased with FSUSA liquids. Unfortunately, Ginger is a definite flop, horrible aftertaste. I was hoping for a pickled ginger taste (similar to the ginger served at Sushi bars). Again, this is not against the supplier, as we have been very pleased with FSUSA.
Ginger is by far the most vile tasting stuff that has ever entered my mouth
. My husband gagged and nearly lost his dinner after trying. Their is a seafood aftertaste, however merely stating that their is a seafood aftertaste does not do justice for this horrid flavor. I would say that the aftertaste resembles fish that has been placed in a dark container and left outside for several days so that the aromas can begin to fester into a rotten putrid stench

. I've never tried it or any ginger liquid for that matter. The thought of
