I goofed after ordering some 30ml bottles of flavors and a 10ml of 0 nic, decided I wanted some 3ml bottles for topping off carts on the go, (which now I don't since I bought a tank system) and decided to make it worth it and ordered some 3ml samples.
I asked for combined shipping, and they did it without a problem, refunded me my shipping cost on the second package, and even sent me a free sample of a flavor I'm really enjoying. Both my receipts were looked over by an actual person, marked out, and they even signed them and sent me thank you cards.
Was so impressed, immediately signed on and ordered an ego-t starter kit for my mom and about 10 more sample flavors.
This entire community (vapers, I mean) is entirely too generous. This past week has been a real pleasure. I also enjoyed the e-mails from the owner's mother.
The only downside (not that big of a deal) is that their samples only come in 24mg nic content, which is a bit harsh for me, I prefer 18 or lower, but 'eh, I'm sure there's a good reason for it. You can always order big boy bottles in your choice of nic.
In an era of big businesses who only look at the bottom line and see customers as dollar signs, it's nice to get that mom-and-pop-shop feel from an online retailer.
