This was my first ever juice order, and I'm glad it was with FSUSA.
Customer service was great, order was dispatched within 24 hours of me ordering - not bad for a company that doesn't mix your juice until it's ordered!
Because I'm outside the States, I couldn't track my order, so the wait was agonising, but it finally came today and I couldn't be happier. The little handwritten thank you notes from all the staff were such a lovely touch, and really made me feel like my order was important.
I also got a free sample thrown in with my order, which was also a really nice touch.
