Fun w/eGo Dress up

So girls just wanna have fun, but we wanna look good doing it! lol. Here's my 1st crack at dressing up my eGo, featuring a DCA and DT from nhaler on a modded silver chain (cause who really thinks a lanyard "looks" good?)

Thanks! I just used nail polish. A base coat and 4 colors and allowed it to cure for 3 days. I guess it could harden quicker with a UV light, but I don't have one so I just set it in the sun.

P.S. - I did this only because I had some epic scratches on my finish, and now it looks like a new "poor man's mod" as John would say from theecig.com. (that's where I got the cut cone - awesome for his 306 DT or goodsensevapor.com's DCA)

Reminds me of the dip paints look they had back in the 70's where you put the paint in water and the swirled it and then dipped something in it and it stuck to the item as you pulled it out.

Thank you Scarab! I have a black eGo and a Rough Stack, so it was worth the wait for it to cure and carry as my main going out PV

I did the same thing, my paint started pealing off and I have mountains of nail polish and it looks really beautiful. I hadn't thought about the silver chain though, thats really pretty. Great minds.....

Sorry to hear that your polish started to peel gjns. That's partly why I went with the pattern I did so touch up would be easy.
Skeetergirl, so far so good! No peeling or chips. I used brights from NYC line

Thanks saraf, I think I was too stingy on the clear coat, I'm not giving up though. Thats the thing about polish, it can always be fixed and they are sooo pretty, my daughter even loves it and she hated me smoking but tolerates my vaping thank goodness.

I've turned a few coworkers who have this exact same sentiment from their daughters! Great minds - agreed Easy fix - exactly why I went with nail polish! Clear coat-ever important, and why it took 3 days to cure
