I didnt know either but "sumo paint" is an online form of it and VERY easy to play around and learn on! Dont download it, just hit "open and play with sumo paint"...its fun and pretty easy to learn! hope that helps ya!

There are also online motivator makers. Not nearly as useful a photoshop, though.
