Had a 92s and couldn't get rid of it fast enough. Good mechanically, but had the balance and pointability of a broom handle Mauser. My shooting was almost entirely point shooting, and that kind of stuff made a big difference. My hands are a good fit on a 1911 Govt., but couldn't get a solid finger on the trigger for double action work.
Got Taurus 92SS. Buddies always gives me flak for having a Taurus over a Beretta, but the saftety on the slide always irked me. I blame muscle memory due to my 1911. I ocassionaly catch myself trying to flip the nonexistant safety on my Glock 17 aswell XD
