In general, so true :lol: There are spots near the tail that are 'built in' stimulators. (like making a dog scratch it's ears :- ) I think the mother cat licks kittens there in order to induce licking/cleaning. Some areas are more prominent but you can induce a cat to lick or 'turn it's head' toward it's shoulder/back (as in bathing) by hitting certain areas.
