If I did it you know it's easy , I got 5' pvc pipe 1" for $3 and change, the bottom caps are called nylon hole plugs but you can use any cap that fits, and the washers are 5/16 x 1 1/4.
I used the 1" ID pvc pipe so where I can fit the 18650 bat holder in there, befor I had a smaller pipe but wasn't able to fit the bat holder in it, but a water bottle cap fit on it perfect that was good.
The other batch I left white but this time I think I will try spray painting them but dont know if spray paint would work on pvc ?

Try some of this stuff
Krylon: Products: Fusion for Plastic®
or another paint that's designed for plastics and PVC. There are a few out there

Will do, Thinking of trying these from merriartist.com They have other colors also. Dont know if a store by me would carry the krylon glitter blast, I've only seen the regular krylon for plastics.
