I have a G6 battery and been using the G6 Blank Cartomizers for a while now. I haven't been cleaning them, I tried to clean them once but wasn't very successful, probably because I am impatient. However, I just saw that they have mini-tanks on their website and am curious if they are better to use compared to the Cartomizers and easier to clean, etc...

Please don't suggest any other brands unless they are cheaper and you provide a direct link to them because honestly, I am ignorant to this right now and prefer to purchase stuff from the MFG I got the equipment from. I am just trying to get away from the nasty polyfill taste and hopefully be able to clean the cartridge/tank easy so I don't have to keep buying blanks.

Any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Actually, if anyone knows of any 808 Tanks or Clearomizers that will work on the G6 battery, please let me know. Maybe I can find one cheaper (or that holds more juice) on another site.

I found these: http://www.cigeasy.com/product_p/elite-clear-carts-2.0.htm and am not sure if they will work with my G6.

The info on the G6 Battery is:

The info for the Battery from HaloCig’s website is:

Battery Capacity: 78mm - 280 mAh
Battery Thread: Nickel
Battery Rated Voltage: 3.7 volts
Battery Width: 9.2 mm

I found these: ELITE 808 CLEAR AND EASY TANKS 2.0 and am not sure if they will work with my G6.

That is expensive. I used both of these (except not with 808 threading) and have had good luck with them.

Keep in mind that all of these products, no matter what vendor you buy them from, are mass-produced little pieces of plastic. I don't trust any of them to last more than an afternoon and am filled with glee when they do.

Except for batteries, I pay little attention to name brands (sometime the clones are even better). I would rather buy 8 clone clearos for $3.00 each and have 3 fail, than 3 name brand at $8.00 each and have 1 fail.

Those should work but that don't list ohms. On that little battery you should probably stay away from low resistance stuff. He are some to look at.

808 Threaded Clearomizers

Yeah that is my problem, I am not sure which one to buy because I want to use one that will work with it (correct ohms). I sent Halso Cigs an email asking how many ohms they are, but no reply yet

If I get the wrong one (not correct ohms) will it damage the G6 battery I have?

The threads on the battery for 808 Threaded Clearomizers doesn't look like the threads on mine. Here is mine: Jet Black | G6 E-Cigarette Battery | Halo Cigs

Yeah they are cheaper and seem easy to clean too. Do you think they will work with my G6 battery?

They are designed for cigarette-sized batteries. You can rinse up the Nano, but the CE3s are sealed, so you can't clean them. The upside is they don't leak very often, because the juice is held by a vacuum (like a syringe), the downside is when they fail, they fail epically (like pulling the plunger out of a syringe). I like them because they are inexpensive and come in a 5-pack that I can fill with different flavors. I'm not sure how many tankfuls I get out of them, maybe 4-5, I don't know - I have about 14 sitting on my desk and when they die they get thrown away.

You can clean them: VOLT - CE3 Clearomizer - How to clean - Smokeless Image - YouTube

Although it doesn't clearly state that they are 808 compatible, are they?

The smokeless image stuff should work great on your battery. The CE3's I got from there were a leaky mess tho. Might have been a bad batch tho, its hard to say as i gave up on them. I use there T3's on the X2 battery and love them but they won't fit your battery.

The 808 stuff i linked to at smoktek should work on your battery to but are gona be alot bigger around than your battery. They are made more for bigger ego sized battery's. The 2.0+ ohm ones will work on your small battery just would look a little funny.

They are little tiny pieces of plastic, mass-produced with no quality control. That's why I buy cheap and the trashcan is my friend. :D

That is where they went along with the battery they ruined by leaking juice all over it. I will admit they tasted and worked great for the first 2-3 fills before they all started leaking. I probably just got a bad batch but it was enough to turn me against using them again. Leaking is a big time No No for me.

Who knows? I have 5 that I've used a few times sitting on a paper towel in a bottle while I try to figure out which one in leaking. I store clearos on paper towels, so hopefully I will catch it before putting it on a battery. I've only had one epically fail and it was a huge mess.

ETA: Think carefully before getting a Protank. ;)

I think I will buy Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette and Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette to see which one works best and or which one I like the best.

By the way The Ocelot, what is the best way to avoid the taste of the Primer?

Primer in what? I've read people talking about devices arriving with primer, but I've only had dripping attys come that way. I rinse it out under the faucet and blow it out. But I'm not sure what you're using - whatever sort of atty it is, only blow from the bottom toward the mouth piece. You can gently blow the other direction with a carto, but with an atty "blowing out" is blowing as hard as you can and if you're blowing down onto the coil it can be damaged.

I don't know, I was just reading about it. I think the primer is the dark colored spot toward the end that attaches to the battery.

I don't know. I just fill them with juice, wipe them off and put them on the battery.

One thing I make a habit of with every topper (delivery system device) is I take a a cold draw (no power) and a couple of tentative, slow draws at first to make sure I don't get a mouthful of juice. I don't trust these little things.

Thanks for the info, I ordered a pack of them and will see if I like them or not.
