I haven't, but I attribute that to having something to do with my hands instead of stuffing stuff in my mouth. :)

Some people say that taste sense improvement brings on the weight gain after quitting smoking but I think it probably has more to do with a shift in insulin levels that could affect some. Nicotine is the main factor in insulin I believe, but wouldn't be surprised if the other chemicals in combustable tobacco will have an effect too.

I know its a silly question...?

The only silly question is the one not asked.

No weight gain after I switched either. I don't know the science behind it, but I'd venture to guess weight-gain from quitting smoking is a "I have nothing in my hands; nothing in my mouth, and I'm having a nic fit" thing -- all of which vaping addresses.

I gained weight........but I attribute that to the fact that I used to eat a whole bag of Doritos while watching a movie . That, and my craving for "goodies" and my SLOW metabolism. I've started a diet last March, and cut out all the JUNK that I used to eat, replacing them with healthier lower fat snacks. I've lost 43 lbs. since last March. In other words, I don't hold vaping responsible for my weight gain.......I blame myself for NOT being able to resist the junk foods.

I didn't notice any weight gain when I started. I actually have a friend that loss a considerable amount of weight when she started vapeing. She said she would vape sweets rather than eat them. Made sense to me.

My diet improved so that I rarely ever snack anymore.. I've lost 10 or more pounds in my two months of vape. The increase of water (fluids) consumed has to be a help.

The nicotine in analogs raises your metabolism. I quit cold turkey and vaping wasn't there for me, the fridge was. I've being vaping now about 3 years and lost about 25lbs. I only use 6mg nic juices. The nicotine is the addictive part of the analog, so I would imagine 24mg juice would work the same. I prefer not to be that again, that's why the low nic. Quit 8 years ago. Got my wife to quit with e-cigs, how I started using them.

I've gained some muscle mass, nicotine withdrawal actually increases your apetite a heck lot. And yes food taste a lot better. And with reduced damage from cigarettes you'll use up less nutrient to repair the damage, and the nutrients will go to your weight (it's healthy!). I've always been quite skinny, just use the weight gain and hit the gym, you'll have nice lean muscles without protein shakes, another +1.

I gained some weight when I switched to vaping. Food suddenly tasted so much more delicious once those taste buds grew back and my sense of smell sharpened. That plus quitting right around the holidays caused me to put on probably 10 pounds. I've lost most of it, now, though, both because I've been vaping my sweets instead of eating them, and because the weather is nice so I've been doing a lot of physical stuff outside.
