So, my wife works in retail execution and cut this article out of a magazine for me. I think from the perspective of a grocery mass marketer that article is not bad!! The author sought out and got some good quotes and appeared unbiased.

I am sure I will post it elsewhere, but I give credit to the author for bringing it "to light"
