Heather's Heavenly Vapes is a fairly new company in the eliquid world. I've seen their websites and posts here but never really given them much thought. All that changed when they introduced a new "Purity" line of liquids. These are naturally extracted with no PG. Please note that there are various vendors offering similar liquids on their sites too. However, very few are offering all natural tobacco liquids. As a lover of real tobacco, I'm always looking for liquids made with the real thing. I had to buy some of these liquids.

My first choice was a liquid named "Gandolf." Gandolf is described on the website as "this is, without a doubt, the best pipe tobacco vape man has ever created (in our humble opinion of course). Made from extracted pipe tobacco. It is rich, complex and very tasty. If you like tobacco vapes and have been on the hunt for the ultimate pipe tobacco flavor, this is it." Bold words. I think every single vendor should be this proud of their liquids. If you can't say your liquid is the best then don't sell it. I'm always on the hunt for the ultimate pipe tobacco, as many other vapers are as well. I really thought I wouldn't like this liquid. Not many companies have recreated pipe tobacco.

My vaping routine is to try a liquid right out of the mail. I will let it sit for a little bit and try it later as well to see if steeping makes a difference. I dripped this into a 3ohm atomizer at 3.7volts. My first reaction was astonishment. This is original, unique, and a creative new liquid. It's a sweeter tobacco with a slightly smokey flavor. I think this is extracted from Cavendish tobacco, which is sweeter than most tobaccos. It's just an incredible flavor. A great pipe flavor that is unique and extremely tasty.

It's been two weeks since I first tried Gandolf. The flavor has changed. It's gotten even better. The flavor is fuller and richer. I'm shocked that an amazing flavor could get even better. After vaping this for a few weeks, Heather's has achieved something very few vendors have: natural tobaccos that leave no residue on the atomizer. That's right. None. Natural tobaccos are usually known as atty/carto killers. Cartomizers die quickly and atomizers suffer until it's too late. None of Heather's Purity tobaccos do this.

Final thoughts, this is absolutely one of my favorite eliquids. The perfect amount of sweetness with an authentic pipe tobacco flavor. I'm running extremely low so I quickly reordered 30 ml. Heather's Heavenly Vapes has created a brand new line of natural extracted tobaccos whose flavors are original in the eliquid world, a feat rarely met. With no consequences of vaping this liquid to your atomizer, Gandolf is definitely a winner. This meets the rare all day vape category for me. A strong 10/10.

Hey Luce, I decided to slow down on vaping Gandalf so that I could let it sit awhile...it does get a little more smokey, but not a lot (to me). I do notice the tobacco more, or maybe the sweetness just mellowed a bit--not saying it was particularly sweet to begin with. I still love this flavor though, but I can't help but to wonder about long term aging and what possible benefits it may bring. Don't know if it will go unvaped that long though?

The no atty killing is a huge plus.

Would you consider this a dark liquid .. ?? I like what you've said, however as a carto user, I try to avoid the dark liquids ..

HHVs purity line of tobaccos is about 1.5-3 on a scale of 0-10 {0 being water clear and 10 being deep umber}. The tobacco extracts from their Purity line are slightly different hues, but they all have the about the same high level of optical translucency. I don't use cartos anymore, but I have ABSOLUTELY no reservation in saying these juices will be just perfect in cartos!

I think I have my 15ml sampler pack picked out now. :)

Does anyone know if HHV's non-Purity line of tobaccos are flavorings or NETs?

I don't believe they are extracts, but I have heard incredible reviews about the coffee flavors...Adam is a barista, so they should be on jam!

I could only find 3ml in the sample pack .. ?? Link .. ??

Nope and nope. I just have a cart filled with 15ml bottles. 3ml and 6ml is too small for me. I need at least 10ml to have enough to sample a juice over a long period of time. Besides, the price is oh so nice! If I like the juice, then I'll grab a 30ml and still have enough juice to tide me over. If I don't care for the flavor, I have enough to put away for a while and come back to from time to time.

@1atom12 - Do you have an answer for me on whether or not the non-Purity tobaccos are natural extracts? Or am I asking too many questions? :p

I have tried quite a few coffee/espresso blends, and they just haven't provided any vaping satisfaction for me personally. Either they are harsh or they are too sweet and creamy. Maybe I need a coffee'n'tobacco vape?

Sounds like a job for Casablanca. But anyway, back to our regularly scheduled thread topic! ;)

I highly recommend the Mocha Java Smooth or the Caramel Capp. The caramel capp is a bit sweeter than the mocha java smooth to me but both are excellent!

Below is the feedback on Gandalf I just PM'd to Heather and Adam.

Gandalf: Yes, I get the name association---the picture of Gandalf with the long pipe. Whenever I think “pipe tobacco,” the vendor that immediately comes to mind is Want2Vape. Donelly and Dr. Vapenstein are the Kings of Pipe Tobacco---London, Stockholm, Louisville, etc. They virtually own the cigar and pipe tobacco market in naturally-extracted tobacco juices. Gandalf is a good challenge to that dominance because it pulls back from the extremes. I don’t get much Cavendish or English Tobacco Shoppe from it. More middle of the road. And with a fairly strong caramel element added to soothe the wary and appeal to the masses. Probably a best-seller, in part by playing it safer than W2V does. The tobacco is smooth and sweet. What’s not to like? This one should sell like hotcakes. Grade: A-

The real magic comes from mixing amazing blends from great vendors together. I had much enjoyment mixing Cold Infusion with Gandalf, just as an example. It just added that extra something to both blends. Also, I found W2V's 555.5 to be a very familiar flavor, somewhere between Aroma's Tobacco Road sans the latakia-esque notes and BWB Casablanca, so I reordered a decent-sized bottle to feel the flavor out...and of course, to mix with other flavors.

When it comes down to it, price and performance of a liquid is a huge deciding factor for each of my e-liquid purchases- HHV has definitely got a great flavor, awesome performance ( I haven't gunked up anything yet with HHV's liquids) and a reasonable price. I think I want to test out the versions with extra extract, though. I love the flavor, but to imagine it as a punchier version of itself... well, that sounds even better. :)

EDIT: That's what I forgot to try- Jiggy in the purity line.

I did it too. Gandalf plays well with others that are stonger. Oddly enough, Gandalf actually adds a brilliance to those that are, as luce put it, more rugged!
