Gary Giovino and other Bloomberg/Gates funded researchers (who know smokefree products are far less hazardous than cigarettes) mislead public to believe that tobacco disease and death is greatest in poorest nations, that smokefree products are just as hazardous as cigarettes, and that smokefree alternatives should be taxed and regulated similar to cigarettes (which prevents smokers from switching, and further impoverishes already poor tobacco users).
