Hi I'm new to this forum but I have a question that I'm hoping I'm not the only magical one is dealing with. I bought a geek vape boost about a month ago n personally I love it. But my first unit had the first coil that came with it installed and after priming it with juice n than using it. I let it sit for a little bit as I was going about my day, I come back and I see juice underneath of it. Come to find out it leaked through the coil in the pod n into the mod n then through the creases all the way down. I contacted my seller and geekvape. I ended up getting a whole new replacement after this process. Now my second one I'm noticing is doing the same thing already n it hasn't even been 24hrs with either of them. Personally I'm waiting for the rba to release but right now I'm not satisfied with the current pod and am wondering if anyone else has been dealing with the same issue??

I like my boost, but yes I’ve had the same. Filling it is a pain, and I always spill juice in the process. Mine does the same thing you describe when I “overfill” it. Not really overfilled, but simply filled to the top. After a month I am running out of patience with the thing.

Mine also was near impossible to get the pod off. Eventually I drimeled the little tab the pod clicks onto and fixed that problem. The combination of dark pod, slanted top, and funky fill port cap make for a challenging filling experience.

Also, the way the coil needs to line up to seat properly can be an issue. It can look and feel like it’s in ok, but in reality it is not. Love the look and feel of the boost, but for me it has been an example of style over substance.

Yep I have the same thing going. It leaks liquid through the coil. Some coils leaks more and quicker than others to. Others starts off well and starts leaking later. Very irretating. I emailed Geekvape and waiting to hear from them. I want to know what they are doing about it as i'm sure they're aware of it. I don't want to buy new coils as its not a bad batch problem.

Looking at the pod it looks like the oring tests inside of a dip so to speak instead of against something to block the leaking. This is clearly a design issue as the pod has many of them. I emailed them as well and only got the "we will send you a new pod" response which I know won't solve the issue as this is the second device that's doing the same thing and my first one was ruined by all the liquid that went down into it.

I have now given up on mine. I cannot abide my hands being sticky like the old seeping tanks. Since I cannot trust it, I can’t just toss it in my pocket and go. That and all the other pod issues, make it useless for me.

I have Breeze nxt, Minifit and a Caliburn that have no issues, easy to fill, and no leaks of any kind. I just don’t need the aggravation of this thing.

The RBA looks like the same design, except it holds less juice. No thanks, I’m not spending more money on it.

They are aware but every person that goes to them with the issue reports the same thing back. They want pictures and then offer a new pod, and pretend likes it's the first time they've heard of it. The mid is killer but the pod is absolute trash. I'm sure that in the month I've had it, I've wiped up more juice with paper towel than I've consumed. Geekvape official will just give you a canned response asking you to email April.
They should have designed the coil to insert down through the top and contact a metal plate at the bottom like the Joytech AIO. It would have been 100% leak proof that way.

Yeah well its been 6 days now since I emailed Avril, and no response yet. I always had a lot of respect for Geekvape, but that is being challenged now. It would go long way if they just admit and take ownership of the problem. This is not good...so far at least.

Hello, New to forum but i just want to say I love my Boost. I have had it for two weeks now with no issue. I have pre-ordered the RBA and the 510 adapter if I want to run something else on it. But know after stating this it is probably going to start to give me issues, but so far so good.
Where did you preorder the rba and whats the 510 adaptor youre referring to?
