General Clearo cleaning question

so.. I finally got a bottle of everclear to soak my clearos for the overnight degunking. After I get them out of their drunken bath, do I rinse or just let them air dry?
They got a good hot water wash before the soak - I just don't think I've read if items with wicks need to be re washed after the everclear soak.

I suppose it depends on what is in the everclear solution. To be on the safe side, I'd just give it a quick rinse, air dry/dry hits and good to go?

everclear is 190(ish) proof drinking alcohol .. not really sure what it's made from and I haven't tasted it since I was in my early 20s .. what I recall is that it kind of lights a fire on the way down

but rinse it is! I just wasn't sure if using the alcohol maybe the wicks would dry faster but residue is not a good thing either.

[facepalm] I too forgot about Everclear and also have not had it since college I've used rubbing alcohol and just give it a rinse as well afterwards, don't think there's any harm in that.

I have been using 151 to soak my clearos, and find it dries faster than water. I haven't noticed any bad taste or effects using them without rinsing them.
