Couldn't a between-the-battery-and-atomizer adaptor be built that can hold 30 to 50 drops of juice inside of it, with a bridge-mesh-like wick that feeds to the coil?

Wouldn't things work so nicely if the coil is placed BETWEEN the mouth and the juice, as opposed to the 'FURTHEST AWAY' from both the user and the juice:

Juice--> Coil--> Mouth... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [NOT: Coil<--Juice--> Mouth !!]

I think it's a really good idea, and could possibly do away with cartridges and filler material completely.

If I am not mistaken, wicking takes place regardless of gravity.
Although gravity certainly doesn't hurt.

But the issue is that the current design requires the atomizer to make good connection with the battery in order to fire, and that would have to be taken into account in such a design.

I'm no expert though, not even close, but you might want to post this in the cartridge or battery mod subforums. Those guys are crazy geniuses when it comes to this type of thing.
