Ive searched all through the various settings for the forum and haven't found an answer so I figured I'd ask you guys, is there a way to change how the threads in a forum are posted? What I mean is the default seems to be by the latest post in a thread but I would like to have them displayed in order of the latest thread posted. Specifically, if I'm in the vendor or classified forums I would like to be able to see the most recent threads. I'm not really interested in a 10 month old thread for a juice sale just because it has 3000 posts. Anyway if it's possible to change it around that would be great. If not I'll just plow through. Lol. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the quick replies! Unfortunately the settings tip didn't help unless I'm missing something obvious. It controls the order of the posts inside a specific thread and I'm looking to control the order in the sub-forum. For example, when I click on the new members forum I see this thread first, then one from a few days ago, then one from yesterday, another from a few days ago, then one from today. They are ordered by when the last reply was made not when the actual thread was posted. I would like to have it set up where they are ordered by when the thread was posted regardless of replies so I can see whats new without having to wade through everything I read last night. If that's not possible it's no biggie but it sure would be nice. :D

Aha! Thank you so much!! That's just what I needed and when I clicked what's new lo and behold, today's supplier posts and today's classified posts. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again!!

This still gives "newest post", not "newest thread". I don't know of a way to sort threads by the "date started".
