how to post on general D:?

hi! ive been browsing around this forums for a while since i started vaping, and id like to make some contributions of my own. However, it will not let me make new threads on general :C

You need to have 10 (I think) posts before you can start a new thread anywhere other than the new members forum. You can reply on any thread though.
