Like the title says.... I have always seen the term Genesis, and always wondered who coined the phrase and named that particular system "Genesis".

What was the first Genesis atty made?

Yes it is my understanding that raidy came up with the concept and implementation of the "Genisis" atomizer (hence all others are referred to as "genisis-style". IIRC, raidy also requested that no one manufacture these for sale; his instructions were intended for people to make their own atomizers.
