So I ordered some gentlemen's reserve from the steam Co for the first time in a while... It used to be amazing... I vaped hundreds of mls of this stuff back in the day.

I ordered some over labor day, and it's terrible. So glad I didn't buy more. I'm positive they've changed recipes or ingredients or something. It tastes nothing like it used to. It's harsh, no coconut... It's lost that powerful vanilla it had... It's a sub par juice. I hate to post this, because I had recommended it to so many for so long, but this is the first time I've ordered in about a year from them, and it's extremely disappointing.

Sorry steam Co. Whatever you changed is not working.

I think we've all experienced this from different juice manufacturers. I would contact the vendor and tell them exactly what you said above and see what they have to say. Sometimes the vendor will replace the order if you send back the original if they wish to keep you as a returning customer.

Couldn't say? Told then I was very unhappy with the current batch, and if they looked back I had ordered lots of the stuff....first bad experience. Ok not first,but this is the first batch I consider bad. Previously I had an issue when ordering 10 bottles, emailed them and got it resolved within a day or two. And that was just for "off" flavor...this batch is more like something like diy juice.

Avoiding me after you've got my money guarantees no more business from me.

Absolutely zero response from them. To be honest, I wasn't expecting "anything" really... I didn't want a refund, I didn't want more juice, I just wanted to be acknowledged.

Ive ordered enough juice online to know it's always a gamble without tasting first... But this is the first time I've gone back to a juice that was excellent and turned to crap-o-la.

Very, no extremely disappointed in steam co. Bad juice and poor customer service.

Listen its the Juice that got them noticed and recognized. I bet it didn't have the best ingredients, With the FDA and also all these vendors showing tests results, Probably the reason they changed the recipe, Maybe they don't want that known

Again I am not saying this is fact. But it would be the only way I can see why a company like that would change their top juice and not respond to inquiries like that, I have seen other post about this flav change and I guarantee they have received many emails just like yours, If there was a good reason for it I would think they would have a standard email they would send out for such a request
