Is that what they're called? The little donut things that fir down over the chimney above the wicks on Protank heads?

Some of my stronger flavors (sour apple, unicorn blood, etc.) have stunk them up. I've washed, rinsed, used baking soda and hot hot water etc. And they still smell like juice. How do I get rid of that smell?

Or do I need to worry at all? Will that affect flavor of the next juice I use it in?

You can boil rubber or plastic to remove the smell, the worse it is, the longer it must boil and the more water it must have to release the odor into. I have to boil off the tops to my bike bottles because they get that nasty freezer taste to them, and I usually have to boil them 2-3 times for about 15--20 minutes changing the water in between until they are usable again. SO boiling water ALWAYS works, its just a matter of how much boiling it requires =)
