Did you do any mods to it, like flipping over the cap seal, or removing one or more of the loose "flavor" wicks?

J.R.

Ah... you lost me. The answer to both is no. Flipping the seal? I don't see any loose wicks. Just the two little short wicks on both sides. Forgive me for not understanding... please explain.

The flavor is good but don't want to drink it.

Sorry JoAnn, I figured you had been following the T3 thread on the Clearomizer forum.

The two mods I mentioned could cause the problem you have, and I was going to tell you to undo them. I've never had that problem with a new coil. You might want to post on the other thread if no one here can help.

Thanks JR, I do have a replacement coil that I'll try instead.

I can't tell for sure, but I think the air tube inside the tank is glued to the mouthpiece.

I watched some video of someone modding a T3 and putting filler in it and longer wicks. He had to use a torch and heat the band around the top and you could tell there was glue around it. Never really understood why someone would want to do that but ... to each his own!

You're not really supposed to flip the seal as that would open it up more juice leaking. If anyone is having a problem gurgling and getting a little juice leaking to the battery you will find that blowing through the mouthpiece really does not help. All you are doing is messing up the vacuum and pushing more liquid on the wicks down to the battery post even more.

INSTEAD, take the t3 off, stick a piece of tissue in the mouthpiece end and blow from the coil side. (Be sure to clean the area first so you don't taste any leaked juice). Do a final wipe of the inside of the mouth piece using the tissue and you're done. You will see that it doesn't leak anymore if you do this.

I don't know exactly how this happens. I think that the liquid that's around the coil runs down the air tube when you turn the T3 upside down and loosen up the coil assembly. It shouldn't leak after you fill the T3 and put the coil assembly back in place. This happens to me a lot.

+1 What WFM said. There is no way to keep the air tube from picking up a little juice when you turn it over. Sometimes I get a drop and other times none. But, I have never had a leak from the bottom to the battery.

I have 3. 2 opened 1 not opened. Flipping the seal so far has had no effect that I can tell. I flipped the seal on one. They both gurgle. Using 50/50.

I little trick I used to do to get the CE3 to wick would be to vape like a bat (upside down).. I tried that with a T3 and got a mouth full of juice. Man it was seriously nasty. It was high menthol too...
