Getting a bit tired of seeing...

A lot of new members start out here as lurkers. And the ability to see all the right forums does allow most of the questions answered. Before I registered, I lurked around the DIY recipe forums a lot to get all the info I needed. Then I had a question and registered, and then learned about the 5 post rule. It didn't bother me that I had to post 5 times, so I started to post without really spamming. Kind of hard to do so when the only questions I had were in a forum I couldn't yet post in.

At the end, I got the post count up, but forgot what I wanted to ask.. and that was in March. To this day, I still do not remember what the question was... Must not have been that important, but annoyingly "important" enough to get me to register....

Me too! Although it took me a while to get to that conclusion, and sometimes I fall into the trap. I've been pretty good lately LOL

I think most or all of the forums I frequent have some kind of post restrictions. Nothing new here.
