There's different options, you can get an eGo C where you can vape while you charge. However, I was referring to a regular passthrough where you just plug it into your usb port and it has a connection you can attach your carto/atty/etc... to that is not actually a battery. You can get a decent 510/ego passthrough at litecigusa.net for about $15
