Getting a Sigelei/Fuchai 200w for Christmas. What do I do with it?

I have a Sigelei 150 that has been my goto mod for a while. I like Clapton coils 26/32 Kanthol in my RDA's. I have Several good RDA's Dark Horse, Mutation X family, and Plume Veil to name a few. I'll have some titanium wire coming with it, but what wire and gauges do y'all recommend? I know coil building for TC is a bit different, where do I get started? What will make me use this thoughtful gift from my wife?

I do have a couple sub-tanks, but haven't ever really "zinged" with any of them. Atlantis v1 and Morph from eciggity. If tanks is the way to go let me know.

You can of course use it in watts mode just like you always have with your old one. You do not have to do TC on it.

But if I want to try TC where do I begin? Is there a primer somewhere?
I figured at worst I got a mod I can use the same old way with a bigger headroom for sub-ohming. May as well try out the TC end of things too.

Just check out Youtube vids on making TC coils. Busardo has done it and several others. go over to the Tootle Puffers Redux or You might be a modwomper threads and ask around several of those on those threads have quite a bit of experience with TC. Myself I have not played with it yet. I understand technically how it works and could get by but would need to study up on the best size of wire and such to use. Some are afraid of the nickel wire and use titanium or Stainless which also works in TC.
Tell them on the threads that Cromwell sent ya, they are a good bunch of folks, you will like em.

I have learned a lot about vaping on here but I actually learned more watching youtube vids.

The easiest way to start TC would be with a tank that has premade blisterpak TC coils available for it. Most of the non RBA major models of tanks have it now.

This sounds dismissive and mean spirited, but I'll say it anyway: I came to the TC sub board of the best forum on vaping I know to ask where to start with TC. This should not be a "take it to youtube" moment. I'm not asking for all the research to be done for me, but man did I expect more results than this. Just a few good points to start off with would be nice.

Okay I'll ask another question to at least see if I get answers: The only guy at my FLVS that uses a TC mod says when building Tc coils you don't want the coils touching. Does this mean TC and microcoils don't get along? I thought they are just like other coils, but with a much lower inherent resistance.

What about Twisted and Claptons? I've seen Claptons sold with Kanthol over Titanium is this feasible? Wise?

i've only tried nickel n titanium, prefer titanium as nickel has a weird taste when u vaped on it. u can build contact or space coil with titanium, its up to u as long as u don't fire ur coil to bright orange glow when u made it contact. anyway i prefer space coil on titanium, i seems to get more vapour out of it.
