NEWB, did EM give you the free xl atty? Maybe the xl cart will do ya til new stuff comes out.

I just put the order in today, but didnt buy the kit. I got 1 battery, a cone and a charger for only 28 bucks! But since the min order is $35, I figured Ill order the 2 packs of the Blank 510 Cartoz they offer for $4 a pack.

XL Atty? Never heard of it! I hope the unit still works with my standard size LR Atty

Newb, they have cartomizers for the 510 like they do for the KR-808 batts.

Don't know how happy you're going to be with the ego/tornado though as it only hits around 3.1 while the V4L batts hit @ 3.7

Edit: oops - see you bought them (the 510 cartos) - cool.

Yeah, I bought some blanks to try out...

I got the XL Version of the Ego/Tornado so hopefully this thing hits higher and especially with the Low Resistance Atty I got, I am hoping for a longer battery life and decent vaping experience..

Dont get me wrong, V4L's XL batts vape pretty good, but I need a longer battery life then what they currently have.. Rumors of VK1 mod by V4L had me waiting, but I cant wait anymore.. Ill still buy that one when or if it comes out

You can get one or more of several juice feeder mods that are available right now.

Expensive: The GG and the Precious, both are heavy metal works of art.

Mid level: Carlos Juicebox and the Unamed Juicebox.

Inexpensive: MrPuffer.

Each one offers its own advantages and disadvantages. They all use higher voltage batteries and vape for much longer. Some offer a high voltage vaping experience. It's all up to you and what your needs, wants and expectations are. Good luck to you in your quest!

Sometimes I get bored of vaping and sick of flavors that I went crazy for when I first tried them... then I get the feeling like its a hassle when batteries die and I need to switch ect...

So far, I used a KR808 and afterwards I tried dripping with a 510 atty using a 510 to 901 adapter.

Dripping is ok, but gets annoying if the atty screws up or if I need my hands for other tasks and its about to go dry...

I tried someones vapestack and that seemed pretty good, but its sold out..

I dont want to pay over $80 right now (I know what your thinking :?:)

What could I do / get to keep me going?

cybervex has been off tending to his new twins but try emailing him. $50 plus a few bucks for a cable. You already have the 510 atty....

As far as flavors go, I think most everyone goes through that phase where your 'favs' aren't as favorite anymore - some you'll return to. My steady vapes for about 7 months (out of 10) now are Decadent Vapours from TW - Habana Reserve, Absinthe, Ylang Ylang - they stay 'interesting' for me and are really good quality. You can go DIY with the HR and the YY flavors. I vape it in VG with Plantinum Ice in VG as well. Absinthe not available as a flavoring yet.
