i thought this was a good fit here.....grabbed it from another forum to shed light on the 1% mixing debacles. this is SOMEONE else who wrote this NOT me.

So.. got some F'Art flavourings today and I just mixed my first one up. I've made it 0 nicotine to start with so I don't waste any nic-juice but I've already had a successful mix. It's mixed at 1% and tastes like a slightly sweeter version of LF Winston. Here's the method I used:

First step is to make a 10% concentration of the F'Art:

1. Put 4.5ml of PG into a mixing bottle.
2. Put 0.5ml of F'Art Perique Black into the mixing bottle.

Now I have a 10% concentration of the Perique Black to play with, which I will now refer to as Perique-10%. The next step is to create the 1% vaping liquid. Given that the flavour is now 10% concentrated, if I use 1 drop of Perique-10% with 9 drops of PG, then I will divide the concentration by a further 10, making it 1%. 0.5ml in a 5ml mixing dropper bottle isn't really a lot I found out, so I've made 1ml instead:

1. Put 18 drops of PG in another 5ml mixing (dropper) bottle.
2. Put 2 drops of Perique-10% in the mixing bottle.

Now I have approximately 1ml (20 drops) of PG flavoured with Perique Black at 1% concentration of flavour.

The trick is to get the concentrate down to a much more manageable level of 10% concentration and then work from there. If I take 54mg mixing juice and put 10 drops of it in, 8 drops of PG and 2 drops of the Perique-10%, I still have 1% flavour but now have 1ml of 27mg vaping liquid.
