Can anyone tell me why I keep getting logged out while I'm active on the forum?....Is there some setting I need to change?...It's really getting annoying...Thanks.

when you log in....BEFORE you click "log in" look for the box under the ID and password marked Remember Me. Check that and it will take care of that.
used to happen to me all the time, i'd lost posts and pm that i was writing and have to start all over again. I emailed the ECF and that was the advise they gave me.
Are you using a different computer than the one you use to register? That happened to me all the time on my husbands, until I started checking the box for "remember Me".. It was actually hidden under the "E" in ecf.
no..same computer....I was logging in at the top of the page...I didn't see the remember me box up there..
I get logged out all the time due to inactivity, I'm sure. If I am actively typing and causing input to the server, I'm fine, but if I'm sitting and reading, I get logged out. A lot of sites have around a 10 minute inactivity log-out.
