I bought myself a used trident clone and the thing stank to high heaven of something very perfumy. I soaked it in bicarb for 48 hours and vinegar for 12 hours and that got rid of most of the smell, however the 2 parts with 2 large O rings on them still stink, i'd like to remove them so i can soak them on their own. Is there any tips anyone can give me on getting the O rings off without damaging them? Sodding things are tight!
