Jeremy Wade will be right over to film River Monsters if that thing gets much bigger.

About the only things I know about fishing is I suck at it !
Went deep sea fishing last year and had a Tuna but the damn hook broke and it got away, reeled in the other half of the hook. A White Marlin was caught and a couple other Tunas were brought aboard so at least I got some fresh for the the grille

Cool fish Mike.

I had an aquarium for 15 years. Raised lots of cichlids, even trained some that I could feed by hand. Had a few that were big enough to eat small mice (don't ask):D. In the later stages, I started using my aquariums to raise live bait for my fishing addiction. Wifey didn't like that. Sold everything about a year ago. I too never got into salt water aquariums. Too much time & money.

Love this thread!

Let's see. Hi! My name is Audra. I am 34. I work as a front office assistant at an orthopedics office. I have 3 awesome kids ranging 15 all the way down to 2.5. My husband..not only is he my best friend, but I like to think he's the greatest thing since the invention of the wheel. I have a boston terror and few fish. That pretty much sums my life in a nutshell. I love beaches and mountains. I love to read anything I can get my hands on. I am not a leader or a follower. I dance to the world with my own playlist.

I am a firm believer that no matter what cards are dealt in life, you play them suckers like you have a full house.

The most important peace in the world is inner peace. Without it as a starting point, peace around you is pretty much non-existent.

Treat people as you want to be treated. Even if you want to ..... slap some people into the middle of the next century, smile at them, because your smile might be the one positive thing they have that day, and who knows; it just might be a turning point somewhere for them.

Love, people, love. All to often it's the one thing we take for granted. Since life does have an expiration date that is unknown to us, treat each moment like its your last one.

Last but not least, if you don't mean it, don't say it. Stay true to you and those around you.

Audra.jpg Me, myself and I.

This is a great thread. I hope you guys don't mind if a new guy joins in the fun?

My name is Matt(feel free to call me that - everyone does :) ). I am 32, and have been Married for going on 9 years next month. We have 3 beautiful little girls.
I am the guy in the white T-shirt in the middle. My car is the white one next to us. For the record, I am about 30 pounds lighter than I am in that pic. I got up there pretty good for a short time lol.

I am into all kinds of hobbies but I am only allowed to pursue one at a time(my friends tell me if I keep finding new things to get into and keep jumping in head's first I will soon have no neck left).

My biggest obsession is obviously cars. I am also an Admin on another forum as it seems many of you are on staff somewhere on the web. Mine just happens to be a regional Evo forum(which I love dearly as well). My first performance car was a 1996 WS-6 Trans-Am. I have been hooked ever since. I sold that car in 1999 and went into European cars. I had a 2000 BMW M Roadster and daily drove a 2000 Civic Si - This was probably 2003-04. In 2007 I found my niche when I bought my first Evo(The black one in the pic with my daughter). My wife really liked driving it so we got her one as well. Hers was an 08 GSR. Then I sold mine and was going to buy something else and a good deal was presented to me and I ended up with another Evo - My third in all. In this pic is my black one right after the new owner got it, my wife's car, and my current Evo on the end. My good friend's car is on the other end. It's the only pic I have of all 3 together.

And mine as it sits now.

Well, fast forward a year and the Red X is gone. Traded in for a Honda Pilot. The white Evo is currently in a sale pending state. I have decided to start saving for a GT-R and wipe that off my bucket list of one day owning a supercar. I am hoping 24 months will be enough time to save up.

Other hobbies include RC cars and those little helicopters. I love teasing our cat with them haha. I was also into fish for a while. I started with Red Bellied Piranha quite a few years back. They were really cool fish and a lot more timid than their reputation would suggest. But I wanted more so I did saltwater for a while. I had a couple small reef tanks. I do have a 200 gallon in my basement ready to be assembled and filled but I went crazy over cars back in 07 and it's been sitting ever since.

I think that's it in a nutshell.

This is my honey and I camping - I'm wearing the bandana. I avoid most pictures, so this is a rare moment captured on film.

Another pic of me, this one silly. Who brings a pineapple camping, anyway?

There's not much to tell about me. I'm a video store nerd. I like to write for recreation.

I've been with my honey for 19 years (unmarried and childfree). I get a lot of grief over it from my family. They seem to think that getting pregnant, then married, then divorced is the proper life cycle for relationships. I just sit back and smile...

I've got three cats. They're all evil. Big surprise there.

I'm just a nerd in general. My laptop speaks to me in GLaDOS' voice, I'm a big fan of Dr. Sheldon Cooper, and I own over a thousand movies.

I'll quit here before this begins to sound like a personal ad.

Haha, don't feel too bad. My current daily driver is an 02 Honda Accord. It's a beater in every sense. Paint fading, and making some really nice power steering failure noises. It will be my primary until I save for the new monster.

@ Stephra - I love Big Bang Theory myself. I claim nerd all day! The cake is a lie.
