Some say he lives in a tree, and that his sweat can be used to clean precious metals. All we know, is he's called the Stig's vaping Filipino cousin.
Very, very true. I specialize in Thai, Italian and Mid East cooking. Went vegitarian for health reasons @ 6 months ago, now meat doesn't taste good to me anymore. lol Have invented bacon flavored tofu. I couldn't not eat bacon ever again. lol Still have my old recipies, just have to figure out how to make them all veggie an seafood based(I'm a pescaterian now).
Hey Low thud are you in Los Angeles ???
Maybe you should try out Happy Family in Rowland Heights, maybe you can copy some of their awesome receipes ... They have this tofu that looks like BBQ pork and taste like BBQ pork ... PLus their mushrooms are super delicious...
Hhm, I'll have to check them out. I'm in the valley, bit of a hike but not too bad. There is a Vietnamese restaurant here in the Valley that is just incredible! Can't remember the name, but the serve Buddah food: looks like meat, tastes like meat, but it is totally veggie based. Very cool stuff. I recently got a Buddah food cookbook, looking forward to getting into making it myself.
Happy Family also has this salmon/fish fillet thats totally awesome but its all tofu on a black bean sauce...
Another thing is if your a vegetarian ... You should visit a buddhis temple on sundays ( I'm not buddhis... I just go with my buddhis friend and enjoy some of their good vegetable dishes ) ... They feed everyone awesome vegetables and rice and they dont expect anyone to pay but I always leave a $20 to $40 dollar donation ...
my main focus is American cuisine...seems simple, but there's a lot to it. though i'm curious...what the hell is vegan duck???
i'm gonna have to try that, thudd. that kinda sounds tasty...
