Of course, but it's opaque enough that it's still functional while standing up to cinnamon, citrus, etc. I totally understand that many wouldn't like the aesthetics, but I'm sure some would be interested in the option.

We can just use the steel window when it comes out buddy:)

I think what we need to remember is our goal with staying off analog cigs. Some have several flavors that we vape. I do. Anything that cracks any plastic, doesn't go into my ithaka. But they could with steel windows. But then there are people that only vape a couple of flavors, and I completely understand them wanting those in ithaka. And some just want that full bling finish regardless of juice.

When steel windows come, I definitely will want some.

ready with the Ithakas? that would be great but can we have an update on this? will they be part of a pre-order because I have 8 ithakas that need SS tanks instead of plastic. I am putting an order in with Vasillis for the pre-order but I would like the ss tanks to be shipped all together with the parts. I can wait for the parts, I just can't see shipping two orders at 20 bucks each if you are going to have the ss tanks ready.
thanks
Thanks a lot river:)

I am just doing what you said. I hope they will be ready together with Ithakas

steel window and problem solved. i want to pick up 2 when the become available. but think about it, if your juice cracks plastic or eats away at it, do you really wanna be vaping that? to me it dosent sound safe to be inhaling into your lungs if its corrosive to plastics

Sounds logical unfortunately it's not quite relevant to your analogy. Salt is corrosive towards iron, so does that mean you should avoid swimming in the ocean? How's about certain kinds of alcohol, which can soften/corrode certain kinds of plastic where we can either drink the alcohol or use it topically.

The chemical composition of an e-juice and plastic tanks are more of a chemical reaction at the molecular level. Just because an e-juice reacts with plastic doesn't mean it'll have the same effect on your lungs. As I recall your respiratory system isn't made of polycarbonate/plastic so you're safe by vaping those kinds of juices as long as you vape using a non-reacting tank (steel, glass, etc.)

I rather use the ithaka than keepmy juice. If your juice doesn't work with the ithaka, then choose one of the million other flavors. And if you still choose to use your juice over the ithaka. Then you're plan out dumb. Ithaka is the best by miles. Nothing compares. I dare someone to try. Ithaka has set the bar high. Keep up the good work imeo.

Though I can understand your thought, for me, at least, taste is what its all about. If you have a great juice that makes you just melt and you enjoy it so much, why have an atomizer that doesnt let you enjoy that flavour?

I love my tobaccos , especially from a couple juice houses that I could never give up. I tried many different delivery systems I gave up all my other forms of atomizers, cartomizers etc when I found Odysseus. It was the perfect atomizer to compliment my juices.

I guess I was lucky when I was on my search that It turned out to be one of Imeos wonderful creations. Heck I would have used a cheap, ugly device if it gave me the performance, taste and no leak qualities that GG products deliver.

Just my thoughts and my priorities.

Just a note on a Pyrex solution, not sure how well this would work with the over all designs but instead of threads you could use rubber gaskets on both ends. Wasn't able to find a diagram of the Ithika and its components on the fly but basically the same idea as the AGA-T+. Though I agree a stainless steel window is a great solution :)

are there any official instructions for this thing? i cant find them anywhere. every video i watch by a reviewer seems to have its own spin on the nuances of this thing... It's obviously been engineered very thoughtfully, i'd love to see exactly how its supposed to be used, and all its nuanced features spelled out clearly.

thanks

The Ithaka is an advanced rebuildable atomizer. There are just way too many variables of this device to put in a written manual. Your best resource of information can be first to watch Imeo's You Tube Video's related specifically to Ithaka. Then if you have any questions come back to the forum and ask. Many of the members are very understanding and will come to your aid.
