i'm interested in the gg slim and i have some questions that i could =nt find answers to in the forum previous posts.

1. which atomizer/cartridge setup is best for vapor volume
2. will i get the same vapor quality if i drip myself into 808D2 cartomizers?
3. is there a real difference in vapor quality with the GG slim over regular 808D2/ E9 batteries?
4. how do you recharge the batteries?

3. I dont know those batteries but you have more advantages than vapor production with GGSlim:

a) immortality of the device
b) More than cheap batteries
c) 800 mah is the biggest 10440 that I know so its a big amount of mah
d) Locking button so no fire in your pocket
e) You can make it a 7,2 volt device by buying the extension for it
f) Soon I will make the AFS for Slim
g) Its cartomizer ready
h) Beautiful and light device
i) Vent holes to avoid a bad explotion of the battery to your face

4. Batteries are recharged by a cheap recharger that you get from Rob

1. I'm guessing 200 puffs as you called them.

2. HV Atomizer (Atty) would be needed @7V

3. Also remember the Slim is not intended for an LR Attomizer, 2 x 3.7 Protected Lion 3.7 Batteries would be best ( Always use protected, for added Saftey) & whatever mouthpiece you like best is fine.

the problem with using two 10440 batteries is that it gets twice as long (you'd have to use the double slim upgrade) and i prefer something thats mobile/ as close to the size of a regular cigarette as possible, hence my idea of using the slim with a 808D2 cartomizer. what do you think?

If this cartomizer is made for 3,7 volt then you are ok with the Slim my friend shaun.

I saw what you said in previous posts and of course what you need is slim. If later you want to at bigger volts then you can get the extension for it. One thing is for sure: You will not waste your money!

Of course you can wait for GGTS (but if you prefere something like real cig then Slim is for you)

The Slim is an awesome mod that is very small and compact. The main difference between the Slim or just about any mod on the market today is there is no LED to tell you when the battery is in need of charge. The battery in the Slim is removable just like a flashlight. Some are protected with a built in circuit to cut off the battery at low voltage protecting not only the battery but your safety. (The will explode) The Slim in production today uses ONLY protected batteries. They usually last me around two hours max. It really depends on how much you vape. I don't know puffs, who counts anyway?

If you are looking for the best device on the market you have found the right place. The GG is built to last a lifetime. If you take care of it (Completely user serviceable). The battery is the only thing that needs replaced.

The Original Slim next to the KR808D1. The Original Slim is pictured with a 901 atomizer. My favorite for both vapor production and throat hit with great flavor.

I am not 100% sure if an 808D2 cartomiser fits on the GG slim at all, aren't they the Greensmoke ones that are different to the majority of cartomisers out there?

Only the Chinese tend to measure things in puffs and their usual method seems to be just related to the mAh - so when they say 200 puffs, they are usually talking about a 200mAh battery, so you could say with a standard 10440 battery you would be looking at around 400 puffs, however, the reason we don't talk in terms of puffs is that one person might take a 1 second puff, whilst another takes a 10 second puff.......

I don't want to spoil the fun here friend Imeo but I see no difference between 360mAh and 600mAh battery life for 10440. That is they say different mAh but real capacity is the same. It's probably size limitation, I'd think, not letting popular 10440 Li-on batteries go over 360-something mAh.

I would love to believe 10440 800mAh version are different, but I got troubles with that.

You're entirely correct, booker. It's unlikely that there are any 10440 batteries out there that are over 400mAh despite labelling to the contrary.

They'll be made in China and they will be a false stated capacity, I can almost guarantee it.
Would be great though if you could find the link because Rob has the kit to test them and report back on their genuine capacity.

Andrew used to do them but stopped - I think due to the capacity limitations, there is little demand in his normal market (flashlights) so he withdrew them from market altogether. As far as I know, he has no plans to bring them back.

Maybe yes or maybe not for some atomizers but dont worry Fred, I will send those rethreaters again to all my customers so they will work with old and new GGTS too
