i've decided to go with the GG Slim. my concern is i'd like to drip directly onto the atomizer and do away with the potential danger of burning and inhaling the absorbent material in cartridges/ cartomizers.

the optimal system i imagine is one that allows the juice to come in contact with the atomizer without needing this potentially interaction. i know that the GGTS has the AFS which seems to do just what i need, but i'm interested in remaining small and mobile so i was looking into drip tips.

my question is:

1. does the drip tip do away with the cartridge filler material and allow dripping directly onto the atomizer?

2. if so, do you get juice into your mouth when puffing? how does the juice not drip out?

3. how often do you have to re-drip?

4. are there other options you would recommend for the GG Slim?

thanks.

1. Yes

2. I was wondering the same thing since it looks like you drip directly into the hole you put in your mouth. :p

3. I believe you drip 1-3 drops and it will give you about 10-20 puffs

4. I don't know, but type in drip tip e-cig to youtube and there's a TON of information in the reviews of these things.

Good Luck,

Dripping is still useful even if you have the AFS for regular use. I tend to mix up a batch of juice and always drip it a few times to make sure the mix is good before loading up the AFS. I also have a fairly constant blend that I run in my AFS, but occasionally want that particular after-dinner vape of Desert Ship or other flavor and don't want to vape a whole tank of it, so dripping is definitely my preferred method.

I will also say that I started out using 510 gear and have used about every cart mod and cartomizers too. Once I found the 901 and dripping I never looked back except for the addition of the AFS. Losing that nasty filler plastic taste greatly improves any juice mix.

As far as some of the "new" carto tanks that are coming out...I haven't tried them..but can't figure how they'd be any different than the originals, as they still have all that stuffing. The AFS with 901 atty requires zero filler and just vapes like a champ all day..even chain vaping..which cartomizers notoriously have trouble with because they can't wick fast enough.

Learning to use the right vaping equipment takes time, experience and practice...but in the end it's your preferences that decide what works for you.

That's the one interesting thing about these new cartos, no filler, no cotton, polyfill, or whatever. It's got some little juice reservoir/injector/atty combo inside, again, like a cheap lil AFS. I've no idea if they'll actually work as they're supposed to, but that fact alone is interesting, cartos without filler to burn...
