GGTB Short button

The short knurled button doesn't fit in the GGTB properly, if it is screwed all the way in, the GGTB fires all the time and the button cannot be pressed down. If I unscrew it about 1mm, it works ok but it is very loose.

Is there a way to adjust it? Or do we need to use a washer?

Sounds like your using a GGTS button for a GGTB. The TS button is a little longer to accommodate the larger diameter tube.

Are you sure about this K2? Is this the original GGTB button?

I bought it from http://ggecigs.net/index.php?_a=viewCat&catId=31 which is listed as "GGTB Knurled Short Button"

Maybe there was a mistake and a GGTS button was supplied?

GGTS's button leaves at least 1,5mm gap if you try to screw it on a GGTB. So if you have this big gap then you got the wrong button. But if you dont have so big gap but only 0,1-0,5 mm then its a faulty button K2.

All GG buttons have a fixed knurled part.


If you try to screw a GGTS button on a GGTB, the fixed knurled part will not reach the GGTB's body but it will leave 1,5mm gap. If you gap is much smaller then the button is faulty K2

The fixed knurled part completely reaches the body, so I guess the button is faulty.

The button functions ok with a 1mm gap so I'll try a thin washer and see how that goes.

a thin wasker will do the job K2. Use 1mm o-ring with a 6-7mm hole
