GGTS Collection cap disassembly.

I picked up a a brass collection tank bottom, simply for aesthetics. In the process of swapping it out.

It would appear that the center pin (2) should just pull out giving easy access to removal of (1) and (4). But doesn't seem to be the case, it's not coming out, and from the diagram I don't understand why, and don't really wish to force it.

The mini orings inside the derlin piece can catch on the grove in the end of the center pin. you don't really need to remove the pin though just screw off the metal nut and usually the black derlin piece will come with and you can just swap the whole assembly

Over analysis, and missing the obvious. Guess that's why I'm in software
